The road from Queenstown to Glenorchy that runs along the shore of Lake Wakatipu is rated as one of the top scenic drives in the world and the most beautiful road in New Zealand. When I made this shot I was hoping that the big mountain in the center could be the Aoraki/Mount Cook. What else it could be? And when I returned back home and checked the image under 100% resolution I realised I was right. You can even see lake Pukaki behind Mount Cook. Quite impressive view...
