Forresters Beach is a small beach on the famous NSW Central Coast. It's one of a set of glorious holiday beaches familiar to holiday maker families when making the annual escape from the Sydney heat - Avoca Beach, Terrigal, and Macmasters Beach. Forresters Beach is abundant with popular vacation and holiday rental accommodation, beach houses, a new resort, and a long expanse of sandy beach reaching from the Warberal Lagoon Nature Reserve and Wyrrabalong National Park to the cliffs at the southern end of the Bateau Bay Flora Reserve. The area's spectacular coastal cliffs can be viewed from platforms throughout the Wyrrabalong National Park. Forresters Beach is very popular for swimming, snorkelling, surfing, Hang Gliding, Para Gliding and fishing. Forresters Beach is situated roughly midway between Sydney and Newcastle, right on the beach between Wamberal to the south and Bateau Bay to the north, and accessed by The Entrance Road. You can access the area from the Sydney Newcastle Freeway (F3) from the Wyong Road Interchange at Tuggerah, the Pacific Highway Interchange at Ourimbah, or the main Gosford exit at Piles Creek. It takes about 45 minutes to get there from the exit to the F3 freeway in Sydney. Turn onto Crystal Street from The Entrance Road and follow it right to the end. There are plenty of parking spots there. Also there are some amenities there. Wyrrabalong Lookout provide a great view over the Forresters Beach.
